How we work.
Most data and AI projects fail for the same reason: they start with a tool and go looking for a problem. We start with the decision a leadership team has to make. Then we work back to the information that decision needs, and only then ask what should be built.
That means we will sometimes tell you a project isn't worth doing. It also means the things that do get built tend to still be in use a year later — which is the only test that really matters.
